Redigiamo la  BUSTA TECNICA da presentare economicamente vantaggiose, e cioè:

Eseguiamo l’analisi tecnica del progetto dell’Amministrazione appaltante acquisito in formato digitale da te ed inviato presso di noi via email almeno 7 giorni prima della scadenza;

Predisponiamo la lista dei miglioramenti (stimandone l’importo) che pensiamo di voler offrire e da condividere con te;

Redigiamo le Relazioni di miglioramento distinte in base ai criteri e sub criteri come previsti dal disciplinare di gara;

Prepariamo l’allegato “Brochure” (schede tecniche, materiale illustrativo)  dei prodotti offerti;

Redigiamo i Grafici bidimensionali (piante ed alzati) dei miglioramenti offerti;

Compiliamo i calcoli tecnici a supporto dei miglioramenti offerti;

Eseguiamo i Grafici in realtà virtuale dei miglioramenti offerti;

Trasformiamo il Computo metrico in pdf di appalto  in formato di calcolo excell, inserendo le nuove voci di miglioramento con prezzi di listino; poi sarai tu ad inserire i ribassi semplicemente inserendoli in un campo dotato di un apposito algoritmo di calcolo;

Redigiamo per te il cronoprogramma lavori di offerta con una relazione giustificativa dei tempi;

Sottoscriviamo (eventualmente anche digitalmente), come tecnici abilitati tutti gli elaborati dell’offerta tecnica;

T’inviamo i formato di Stampa dei file dell’offerta tecnica, oppure le stampe cartacee pagando direttamente tu il service di stampa;

Se previsto formiamo l’RTP di progettazione con i requisiti previsti dal bando per la partecipazione alla gara;

Se vuoi effettuiamo per te il sopralluogo tecnico e di presa visione sul sito in appalto.

We prepare for you, the technical and administrative envelope for tender, and much more:

We perform technical analysis of the contracting administration's project acquired in digital format from you and sent with us by email at least 7 days prior to expiration;

We prepare the list of improvements (estimating the amount) we think we want to offer and to share with you;

We draw up the distinct improvement in relations based on the criteria and sub criteria as provided for in the tender documents;

We prepare the attachment "Brochure" (data sheets, artwork) of products offered;

We draw two-dimensional graphs (plants and raised) improvements offered;

We compile the technical calculations to support the improvements offered;

We perform the Charts in virtual reality of the improvements offered;

We transform the metric Calculation of contract in pdf format in excell calculations, inserting new entries for improvement with list prices; then you'll be entering their markdowns just placing them in a field with a special algorithm;

We draw up a timetable for you to offer jobs with a supporting report of the times;

We endorse (possibly digitally), like all the elaborate technical offer qualified technicians;

We send you the size of the offer Print the technical file, or paper prints directly paying you the printing service;

If we form the expected design RTP with the requirements of the call for participation in the tender;
